Help us raise awareness of the needs of orphans and vulnerable children who are without shoes here and around the world. Barefoot running is a huge trend, but many of the children we serve run barefoot every day because they do not have a choice. By running in this race, you will help provide shoes for children in need – and hope for their future. Prizes will be awarded to winners in each age bracket. All runners will receive a free cotton t-shirt and photo of a child in Africa who they will be supporting by running the race. You don't want to miss this great event! Shoes for Orphan Souls, a ministry of Buckner International, provides new shoes and socks to orphans and at-risk children in the United States and throughout the world. From conducting shoe drives to humanitarian aid trips, Shoes for Orphan Souls offers hands-on opportunities to individuals, groups and organizations that want to transform lives through social ministry.
